<ul type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">Sa fie cat mai usor de citit; foloseste acelasi font in tot documentul; daca vrei sa scoti in evidenta ceva poti folosi &#8220;Italic&#8221; sau &#8220;Bold&#8221;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Numele tau si datele de contact (numar de telefon mobil curent      si adresa de e-mail); daca nu le scrii nu au cum sa te contacteze si      degeaba ai CV</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Daca titulatura job-ului tau este una pe care      trebuie sa o explici atunci cand faci cunostinta cu cineva, reformuleaz-o,      chiar daca iti place cum suna si oamenii sunt curiosi sa afle ce inseamna </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Evita prescurtarile, sau explica in paranteza      semnificatia lor </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Daca printre companiile la care lucrezi sau ai      lucrat sunt si companii mai putin cunoscute, este bine sa scrii o scurta      descriere a profilului de activitate</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Descrie cat mai concis responsabilitatile pe      care le-ai avut la fiecare job in parte; Daca ai avut realizari sau      initiative (reusite sau nu) este bine sa le scrii </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Un lucru foarte important este educatia      profesionala pe care ai avut-o (Facultate/Master/ MBA si trainingurile la      care ai participat) </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Daca ai diplome onorifice, ai facut voluntariat,      ai scris carti/articole sau ai facut/faci parte din vreo organizatie sa nu      uiti sa le scrii. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Cate limbi straine cunosti si cat de bine?      Trece-le pe toate, nu te gandi ca de fapt Spaniola ai facut doar 1 modul      la Cervantes cu 1 an in urma si nu mai stii mare lucru; Odata ce-ai      invatat ceva, e acolo in cutiuta lui, si atunci cand vei avea nevoie de      informatia respectiva vei vedea ca n-ai uitat-o </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">PC skills: Traim in era internetului; spune-le      ca te descurci in lumea asta, enumerand softuri sau aplicatii pe care      le-ai invatat; daca job-ul dorit este de natura tehnica acest capitol are o      valoare deosebita care va fi un factor definitor in a ajunge la un      interviu sau nu</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Hobby-uri: Pasiunile tale – ca sa-si faca o      persoana o parere despre tine e bine sa-i spui si ce-ti place tie sa faci</span></li>

Ai vrea sa fie totul cat mai clar, ca sa vrei sa pui mana pe telefon si sa stabilesti o intalnire pentru a cunoaste acea persoana.</span></p>

<li><span lang="EN-GB"> </span><span lang="EN-GB">Financiar-Bancara: De aici a pornit totul</span><span lang="EN-GB">; unele banci au oprit creditarea si au inghetat angajarile </span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Auto: Raporteaza scaderi de vanzari si trimiterea unor angajati in concediu si disponibilizarea altora</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Transporturi: Pare a fi industria cea mai slab afectata</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">FMCG: Scaderi de vanzari, relocarea in alte tari si/sau disponibilizarea angajatilor</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Industrial: Disponibilizari masive si intrarea mai multor angajati in somaj tehnic</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Constructii/Imobiliare: “De ceva timp nu se mai vinde aproape nimic” – asta mi-a spus un prieten din domeniu, care era lider la vanzari in compania in care lucreza. Nu se mai construieste din motive de ne-finantare sau teama ne-vanzarii ulterioare. Se presupune ca in aceasta industrie vor fi disponibilizati cei mai multi angajati</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Tehnologia Informatiei: Deocamdata nu pare a fi o industrie extreme de afectata, companiile urmandu-si planurile de dezvoltare, in afara de Vodafone care intrase in restructurare de la inceputul anului din cauza scaderii de profit pe EMEA</span></li>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Din punct de vedere al nivelelor de management, cei mai multi angajati ce vor fi disponibilizati se afla la nivelul de middle-management (cei cu experienta de 3 pana la 5 ani). Cei care vor primi rezistenta mai mare la angajare vor fi cei de nivel entry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Se va vedea o scadere a salariilor in urmatoare perioada, deoarece procentul fortei de munca disponibil va creste si vor face compromisuri cand va veni vorba de salariu in favoarea unui loc de munca stabil.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Firmele de recrutare şi executive search au intrat si ele într-o perioadă dificilă. Daca in 1998 nu exista o piata educata pe segmentul de recrutare, si tot ce-si doreau angajatii era sa lucreze intr-o companie multinationala alaturi de manageri expati unde sa ramana cat mai mult timp – deci era dificil sa aduci business in acest sector, acum firmele de recrutare se confruntă momentan cu un fenomen de „îngheţare“ a recrutărilor externe, fenomen apărut din cauza bugetelor reduse pe care le au companiile în perioada de criză. Departamentele de HR ale companiilor vor prelua functiunea unei firme de recrutare.<span> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Cele mai afectate dintre companiile de resurse umane sunt cele specializate într-un singur segment de piaţa şi care nu îşi pot acoperi pierderile prin alte servicii prestate. </span></p>

Numarul mare de companii internationale care dispar din piata globala ne uimeste. Dar orice criza este de fapt oportunitatea pentru dezvoltarea viitoare. Angajatii sunt extrem de atenti in alegerea unui posibil loc de munca urmator. Companiile care ieri pareau a fi cea mai buna alegere, pot fi vazute ca un loc periculos pentru un urmator pas in cariera.</p>
<p>Managerii de Resurse Umane se pot bucura de urmatoarele beneficii:</p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Razboiul      pentru gasirea si retinerea “talentelor” nu va mai fi atat de dur, deoarece multe      companii si-au inghetat angajarile </span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Fluctuatia      de personal este cu mult mai scazuta, deoarece angajatii isi doresc mai      multa stabilitate in aceasta perioada </span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Pachetele de      compensatii si beneficii nu vor mai avea ca focus “angajatii performanti”,      ci reducerile de costuri si mentinerea sub control a cheltuielilor      angajatilor</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB">Companiile vor      avea ca focus costurile interne, structura si procesele; Acesta este o      foarte buna ocazie ca functiunea de Resurse Umane sa implementeze noi      politici si proceduri </span></li>
